The HELM Leadership Programme is ideal for new and existing managers, supervisors and team leaders within the Health & Social Care Sector who want to gain more self-confidence in managing their teams and develop their interpersonal skills.

The HELM Leadership Model is linked to the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model, Person Centred Approaches Framework and the CQC KLOE’s.

Our programme supports and develops participants to become inspirational and motivational leaders delivering great person-centred care.  Previous participants have improved their confidence in dealing with their teams by over 17%.

The programme consists of 5 sessions with each session covering topics such as leadership, managing the performance of your team, living by your vision and creativity within your team.

Sessions are a great learning environment for all levels where experience is shared and learnings are taken back into the workplace for the benefit of you, your team, residents/clients and workplace.   Sessions are face-to-face or virtual.  To find out when our next programme starts
